EM stands for Effective Microorganisms. The ceramic beads are made from clay combined with these microorganisms and then fired at high temperatures.
EM ceramic beads are used in natural collars to help protect pets against fleas and ticks. The ceramic is believed to emit long-wave infrared frequencies that interfere with the way parasites locate a host, making your pet less attractive to them.
The collar does not kill fleas or ticks. Its purpose is to work as a natural repellent.
Your pet should wear the collar as much as possible, especially at the beginning.
It can take up to 4 weeks for the collar to reach its full effect. During this period, we recommend keeping it on day and night whenever possible and checking your pet regularly for fleas and ticks.
To clean the collar, rinse it with lukewarm water only and allow it to dry naturally. Avoid soap, detergents or other chemicals on the ceramic beads.

So far, our collars have worked for Kyara and every pet whose owner has tried them.
However, every animal and environment is different, so we cannot guarantee 100% protection in every case.
